Grape variety: Moscato.
Vineyard characteristics: Well-exposed and hilly vineyard. The soil is sandy, dry, and rich in minerals. The vines are cultivated with the Guyot system.
Vinification: Pressing of the manually harvested and perfectly ripe grapes immediately on their arrival in the winery. Must fermentation, after which it is clarified to free it from any impurity.
Maturation and aging: To keep the freshness and fragrances the must is stored in steel tanks at 0°C, fermented in autoclave and then, once it has reached the right balance of sugar and overpressure, it is bottled.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow colour; intense and typic fragrance with a fine and persistent perlage, and a sweet and fruity flavour.
Served at 8-10°C.
