Vino Bianco
Grape variety: Arneis
Location: Canale (CN) Piedmont, Italy.
Vineyard characteristics: Well-exposed and hilly vineyard. The soil is sandy, dry, and rich in minerals. The vines are cultivated with the Guyot system.
Vinification: Pressing of the manually harvested and perfectly ripe grapes. Must fermentation without pomace for some days in controlled steel tanks, after which it is clarified to free it from any impurity.
Maturation and aging: To keep the freshness and fragrance the wine remains in steel tanks for 3 – 4 months, and then bottled.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow colour; delicate and very typic fragrance, with a dry and harmonic flavour.
Served at 8-10°C.
