Location: Canale (CN) Piedmont, Italy.
Vineyard characteristics: Well-exposed and hilly vineyard. The soil is sandy, dry, and rich in minerals. The vines are cultivated with the Guyot system.
Vinification: Pressing of the manually harvested and perfectly ripe grapes immediately on their arrival in the winery. Must fermentation without pomace for 15 days in controlled steel tanks, after which it is clarified to free it from any impurity.
Maturation and aging: To keep the freshness and fragrance the wine remains in steel tanks for 3-4 months, and then bottled.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense straw yellow colour with green highlights; delicate and very typic fragrance, with a dry flavour and a bitter aftertaste.
Served at 8-10°C.
